Targeting Overview

 

Targeted Individuals (Subject)

A person that is the selected target, a person is likely unaware of their surroundings, has something the targeting person or group seeks or has been hired to do.

 

There are many reasons for being targeted but possible reasons range from business rivalry, divorce, litigation, competing products in the same marketplace, a real estate site or location, choice housing and team positions where the competitive starting position makes or brakes the game.  The most

 

Targeting person:

The title is obvious enough – to be in a position to track, monitoring or be knowledgeable of the targeted persons, plans, whereabouts, friends, residence and external travels e.g. work, entertainment, family or friends. Uses others to get to the target, provides gifts, friendship or provides opportunities to hook the targeted person.  The effort is based on the objectives value whether it be money, power or prestige the target is just that - a target. 

The False Friend

Generally aligns with the targeted person by befriending them, feigning friendship, operating in positions of trust and generally having supporters to their position and opinions.

The Attacker

Although this sounds physicial in nature but all plans once execututed are attack plans which require at least one attacker.  the subject may never know they're under attack or are being targeted.  Often as the attack reaches it's crushing blow its often too late. 

 

The Excutron

Could be the Targeting Person, business, sales plan or in insurance frauds might be the classic "squat and swoop".

 

Proximity

Has location, has access, understands details, know details of streets, alleyways, doors, floors, shortcuts, bridges and roads from decades of access.  Has

The Associated Pawns

Has ability to leverage others, has persuasive skills, positions of authority, leadership roles, and has strong ties to organizations

The Listeners

Provide nothing more than free time to watch, monitor and observe.  Can be either paid or non-paid or receive future renumeration. Listners reasons could be simple, heard misrepresentations.
